Job Description

Planning, Implementing and prioritizing Quality Assurance & Quality Control Systems and jobs as per Plant requirements w.r.t. Raw Materials, Packing materials, In process and Finished Products in coordination with concern departments.
Establishing specification and Method of Analysis of Raw Materials, Packing materials, in process and Finished Products as per norms.
Responsible for Leading and directing the QA/QC team.
Ensure completeness of documentation and validation of process and analytical methods as per requirements.
Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance
Monitoring of all the QA/QC activities, test results, product defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
Ensuring that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined.
Ensure the proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit of the QA effort. This includes testing tools for functional, performance, automation, etc.
