Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dose) manufacturing or related field. B.Pharma degree from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of FBD (Formulation & Bulk Drugs), USFDA guidelines, RMG (Revised Manufacturing Guidelines). Proficiency in operating various types of granulation equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct method validation, technology transfer, and production process optimization using HPLC, UV, and other analytical techniques. Ensure compliance with QMS requirements, including OOS/OOT investigations and change control procedures. Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall process efficiency. Maintain accurate records of testing results, batch records, and inventory management. Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience in Quality Control (B.Pharma) or Production & Quality Assurance (B.Sc). Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards (e.g., cGMP). Proficiency in HPLC, Gas Chromatography, UV spectroscopy methods for material testing. Experience with Change Control processes; knowledge of Method Validation principles.
