Finance & Accounts Manager

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Analyze financial performance vs. budget and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Costing & Manufacturing Finance

• Manage product costing and profitability analysis specific to woven textile production.
• Monitor raw material consumption, wastage, and variance reports.
• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to control cost leakages.

Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate accounting in accordance with applicable standards (Ind-AS/GAAP).
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and other statutory returns.

Audit & Controls

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Maintain robust internal controls and improve systems for accuracy and transparency.

Banking, Finance & Treasury

• Manage cash flow, fund planning, and bank relationships.
• Handle working capital management, loans, and interest optimization.

ERP & MIS Reporting

• Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle etc.) to streamline financial workflows.

Team Management

• Supervise and mentor finance and accounts staff.
• Promote a culture of accuracy, responsibility, and integrity in the finance function.
