Junior HR Executive

As an HR Manager at our company in Hyderabad, your role will involve working closely with the CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and promote more efficient work from employees. You will be responsible for directing all hiring and training procedures for new employees and ensuring that employees are educated on company policies through a current employee handbook. Key Responsibilities: - Administer or adjust benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc. - Monitor employee progress, company climate, and culture to maintain a positive and productive work environment - Coordinate and oversee work activities for managers and employees - Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure proper connectivity between managers and employees - Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments with employees to address any concerns or grievances they may have - Cultivate a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable communicating about issues - Manage and supervise other HR staff to ensure they are assigned and performing their tasks effectively - Source profiles through various channels to recruit the workforce - Handle the recruitment process efficiently - Continuously work on building cost-effectiveness in the recruitment process - Match prospective employee profiles with the available business requirements Qualifications Required: - Total Experience: 1 year - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in HR management and recruitment - Knowledge of benefits administration and HR best practices - Ability to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to hr@inspironinfoinc.com.,
