Junior HR Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our recruitment operations and assist the hiring team in building a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end hiring process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will act as a crucial bridge between the organisation, the recruitment team, and prospective employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings across platforms, track applications, screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job criteria.
• Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit and coordinate interviews between candidates and management.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in drafting JDs, offer letters, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0 - 2 year of experience in recruitment or HR support (internship experience acceptable).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of the hiring process and recruitment tools.
• Organized, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
