Position Overview

creative designers (Freshers to 2 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Design

  UI/UX layouts, dashboards, and mobile/web app interfaces

  using Figma. 
• Create

  e-commerce website designs

  , landing pages, and promotional banners. 
• Develop

  social media posters, ads, and marketing visuals

  for digital campaigns. 
• Work with developers to ensure

  responsive, pixel-perfect implementation

  . 
• Contribute to

  wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams

  . 
• Maintain

  brand consistency

  across all visuals and design systems. 

Requirements

• 0–2 years

  of experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX, or Web Design. 
• Strong knowledge of

  Figma

  ,

  Adobe Photoshop

  ,

  Illustrator

  , or

  XD

  . 
• Hands-on experience designing

  websites, e-commerce pages, and social creatives

  . 
• Understanding of

  typography, color, layout, and responsive design

  . 
• A

  strong portfolio

  showing real or concept design work (mandatory). 

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with

  HTML/CSS basics

  or front-end handoff process. 
• Experience with

  motion graphics, animations, or video editing

  . 
• Knowledge of

  SaaS or fintech interface design

  .
