Role Description We are hiring Sales & Marketing Executives who are passionate about on-field marketing and tech-driven sales . This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with 1–2+ years of experience who are eager to build a career in SaaS sales and POS solutions . You will be responsible for field marketing , lead generation , client demos , and closing sales for our POS software and machines. Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to restaurants, cafés, and retail outlets to introduce our POS solutions. Generate new leads through local outreach, door-to-door marketing, and business networking. Deliver product demonstrations (software + POS machine) on-site to business owners. Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan or package. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets . Maintain accurate CRM records of prospects, leads, and conversions. Support marketing campaigns , local events, and promotional activities. Gather market feedback and share insights with the product team Requirements Freshers with strong interest in sales and marketing are welcome. Candidates with 2+ years of experience in field sales , POS , or SaaS marketing are preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working in the field. Basic understanding of POS systems and restaurant operations is a plus. Must be target-driven and customer-focused .
