Compensation & Requirements

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with strong portfolio can apply)
• Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop
• Work Time: 9.30 to 6.30 pm
• Leave: Second Saturday and Sundays
• 1 paid leave on probation
• Monday to Saturday
• Joining Date: On or before 10th December
• Work Location: Kadavanthara, Kochi
• Work Type: Office-based (On-site)

Position Overview

Knovista Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Kochi design team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to create modern and professional creatives for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Design posters, banners, ads, and branding materials as per project requirements.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day design tasks.
• Adapt and revise designs based on feedback.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with senior designers and content teams to deliver high-quality output on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of social media creative formats and digital trends.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills (academic or personal projects acceptable).
