Who We’re Looking For A highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer with Telugu language proficiency who can turn complex ideas into simple, striking visuals. Someone who understands storytelling, movement, and modern design. You should be comfortable designing across formats, from political content to media posts to corporate decks. What You’ll Do: Design digital creatives for social media, campaigns, reports, and presentations Develop and maintain strong brand identities across projects Work on motion graphics, video overlays, and micro-animations (preferred) Translate briefs and strategies into clear visual narratives Collaborate with strategists, writers, and video teams on multimedia projects Stay ahead of design trends, meme formats, and content culture What You Bring: 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design (agency or campaign experience preferred) Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva; After Effects is a bonus A sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual rhythm Understanding of political and cultural content is a big plus Graphic design Experience in Telugu language Ability to deliver high-quality creatives on tight timelines A strong, diverse portfolio that shows range and clarity What You Get: Work on real-world impact projects that shape public opinion Creative freedom and growth in a fast-paced, idea-driven culture Opportunity to collaborate with political leaders, movements, and top institutions A chance to push the boundaries of visual communication in India Show more Show less
