Junior Graphic Designer

Graphics Designer

You will collaborate with our marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling visuals for both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics, reels, and short-form videos for social media campaigns.
• Having knowledge of design marketing collaterals including brochures, banners, PPTs, WhatsApp posts, and event creatives.
• Edit product demos, explainer videos, and client testimonial reels optimised for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align creatives with campaign goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content.
• Experiment with engaging visual formats (memes, reels, GIFs) based on the latest social media trends.
• Deliver quick-turnaround designs for trade fairs, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of designing digital platforms and creating social-first storytelling content.
• A creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design and video work (mandatory at the time of application).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with AI design/video tools (Runway, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.).
• Experience in designing and editing content for short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Basic knowledge of sound design, typography, and color grading.
• Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and performance-driven creatives.
