About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior GeM Executive to join our team and support our e-procurement and sales operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage online product listings, bids, and vendor interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update company profile, product listings, and service offerings on the GeM portal.
• Monitor tenders, bids, and government procurement opportunities relevant to our products/services.
• Prepare and submit quotations, bids, and necessary documentation as per GeM requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, logistics) to fulfill GeM orders on time.
• Maintain records of bids, tenders, orders, and payment status.
• Communicate with government buyers for query resolution and follow-ups.
• Provide regular reports on GeM activities and performance to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business/Management preferred).
• Basic knowledge of the GeM portal and government e-procurement processes (training can be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in GeM portal handling, sales support, or e-tendering.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
