Junior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Full Stack Developer to join our early-stage startup team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll have significant ownership and the chance to make a real impact from day one.

Location: Remote or On-site in Goa (to be determined post-interview)

Note: For on-site positions, accommodation and meals are provided by the company. You'll be sharing accommodation with 2 other team members.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain full-stack features across our web application

- Work with modern technologies including MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and SQL databases

- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud services (Cloud Storage, etc.)

- Integrate and implement AI-powered features into our platform

- Participate in the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment

- Handle basic DevOps tasks including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Contribute to technical discussions and product decisions

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

MERN stack

SQL databases

- Understanding of database design, queries, and optimization

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web development practices

- Basic DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, deployment processes, cloud platforms)

- Comfortable with Git and version control workflows
