Junior Financial Analyst- CP&O

We are seeking a Junior Ficial Analyst to support our global transfer pricing compliance and documentation efforts. This role involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing ficial and operational data to ensure accurate recording of intercompany transactions in alignment with local and international tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in ficial systems and accounting principles, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

How you ll make an impact:

• Extract, process, and analyze ficial data from SAP FI.
• Validate and map cost and revenue elements from SAP COPA to relevant characteristics (e. g. , product, customer, region).
• Design, test, and implement Alteryx (automation tool) workflows and macros to automate data processes.
• Review and optimize existing ficial workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Familiarity with advanced S/4HANA components such as Core Data Services (CDS) views and ABAP-Managed Database Procedures (AMDP).
• Experience with tools like Power BI or similar platforms for building ficial models and dashboards.
• Understanding of global transfer pricing principles or international tax frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

• Should have bachelor s degree in accounting with CMA/ CA / MBA.
• Must have 1-3 years in Controlling (CO) and/or Ficial (FI) processes, preferably with hands-on experience in SAP.
• Understanding of automation tools like Alteryx etc.
• Functional understanding of Fice and Controlling reports in SAP, especially S/4HANA.
• Good grasp of accounting principles and related flows within SAP environments.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
