Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role is crucial in achieving individual sales targets and enhancing the store's profit by executing company strategies effectively. Your responsibilities include: - Greeting and receiving customers warmly, engaging with them to understand their requirements. - Directing customers to counters, introducing various products, and influencing their buying decisions. - Driving sales through suggestive selling and building customer confidence. - Conducting remote selling activities such as sales through video calls to maximize customer reach. - Performing priority selling for aged stock while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Cross-selling and cross-promoting to HNI Customers across all product categories. - Handling customer queries and complaints with the right solutions. - Providing excellent customer service by educating customers on product details and benefits. - Packing products in front of CCTV cameras for online orders to maintain security. - Handling customer returns and Old Gold by conducting necessary quality checks. - Gathering feedback from customers for business improvement. - Ensuring accurate entry of customer details after purchase for an updated customer database. - Checking product details, weight, and invoice accuracy after sales to provide correct information to customers. In addition to your key responsibilities, you will also be involved in: - Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in various schemes. - Coordinating customer order placement for on-time delivery. - Counting and tallying stock daily, transferring it to the locker, and reporting sold stock for timely replenishment. - Executing visual merchandising guidelines, maintaining product quality, and ensuring jewellery safety. - Generating customer leads, increasing footfall, and supporting in-store events and exhibitions. - Building awareness of competitor products, updating knowledge, and assisting in BTL marketing. - Adhering to grooming standards, professionalism, and SOPs in interactions with customers and team members. - Preparing and submitting sales data reports to Senior Management when required. Your role as a Sales Executive at Malabar Gold & Diamonds is critical in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.,
