Role Description

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Executive to manage our IT infrastructure, ensure network security, and provide end-user support across our offices and factory locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, servers, internet connectivity, data security, and routine IT operations.

Responsibilities:

Network & Internet:

• Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure across office and factory units.
• Monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot downtime or speed issues.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

Hardware & Systems:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, and other hardware.
• Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance.
• Handle IT asset management, including tagging, tracking, and inventory control.

Security & Data Backup:

• Ensure endpoint and network-level security using antivirus, firewalls, and access controls.
• Manage data backup systems and ensure scheduled backups and recoverability.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices.

User Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to all users (email, internet, hardware, printer, VPN, etc.).
• Troubleshoot software issues including Windows OS, Office 365, email clients, etc.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repair, AMC, and upgrades.

Server & Access Control:

• Monitor server health and storage utilization.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and system access permissions.
• Ensure uptime of shared resources like file servers and local applications.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience

  in IT infrastructure, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
• Strong knowledge of

  networking protocols, firewalls, and data security

• Experience with

  Windows OS, MS Office, printers, biometric systems

• Familiarity with

  firewalls, routers, switches, CCTV systems

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and respond to support tickets promptly.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of

  cloud storage or Microsoft 365 administration

  is desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., BlueKaktus) from an IT setup/support angle is a bonus.
