Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Executive - Accounts to join our Finance team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. The Junior Executive/ Executive - Accounts will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications And Skills

B.com, M.com or MBA in Finance.
2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate environment. Preferably hands on experience in ERP.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare and maintain accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
