As a Junior Executive Conceptualiser & Communications - Eventsat clat Media Worldwide Private Limited, you will be a key part of ourcreative team, supporting the ideation, storytelling, and presentation ofinnovative event concepts. You\u2019ll collaborate closely with internal teams tocraft compelling brand experiences and ensure our creative thinking is sharp,strategic, and visually impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the creation of event concepts, themes,and narratives aligned with client briefs.

Develop visually engaging PowerPointpresentations, mood boards, and concept flows.

Research trends across pop culture, design,experiences, and technology to inform ideation.

Translate brand objectives into storytelling andexperiential formats.

Collaborate with designers, strategists, andclient servicing teams to bring concepts to life.

Participate actively in brainstorming sessions,creative meetings, and feedback loops.

Maintain an organized archive of references,presentations, and brand-specific assets.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality decks andcreative materials.

Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Communication, Design,Media, Event Management, or a related creative field.

0-2 years of experience in a creative,communication, or event-focused role (internships accepted).

Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills are amust.

Strong storytelling ability and visual thinking.

Working knowledge of Canva; familiarity withAdobe Suite is a plus.

A proactive mindset with high attention todetail and organization.

Passionate about branding, events, and popculture.

Ability to work collaboratively and adaptquickly in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Preferred Qualities:

Naturally creative and visually inclined; lovesbuilding narratives and mood boards.

Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn fromsenior creatives.

Excellent time management and communicationskills.
