Junior Engineer Technical Sales & Support

Job Description: As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for independently handling product demos, training sessions, and customer engagements. Your role will involve driving technical sales support by responding to inquiries, preparing offers, and coordinating with sales teams. Additionally, you will work closely with the R&D team for feature validation, product testing, and customer-requested enhancements. It will be your responsibility to support sensor calibration and deployments, provide inputs for technical documentation, and contribute to the creation of marketing materials. Establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships and mentoring Graduate Engineer Trainees in the team will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Independently handle product demos, training sessions, and customer engagements. - Drive technical sales support by responding to inquiries, preparing offers, and coordinating with sales teams. - Collaborate with R&D for feature validation, product testing, and customer-requested enhancements. - Support sensor calibration and deployments. - Provide inputs for technical documentation and assist in creating marketing materials. - Establish and grow long-term customer relationships. - Mentor Graduate Engineer Trainees in the team. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related discipline. - 13 years of relevant work experience. - Solid understanding of mechanical engineering basics such as vibrations, rotating machinery, and dynamics. - Knowledge of sensors, calibration, and testing is advantageous. - Ability to quickly grasp product applications and deliver customer demos & training. - Willingness to travel frequently for onsite customer visits, deployments, and training. - Curious, adaptable, and eager to contribute to both customer-facing and technical documentation activities.
