Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in civil site execution. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of RCC work, casting, and plastering. The role is based in Adalaj (Ahmedabad) and requires immediate to 15 days' joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage site execution activities including RCC work, casting, plastering, and other finishing work.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers for smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily site reports, quality checks, and material management.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical issues on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in civil site execution.
• Proven experience in RCC, casting, and plaster work.
• Good understanding of site safety and quality control.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
