Job Summary:

The Junior Engineer – Quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  physical inspections and quality checks

  on all products as per defined processes to ensure

  zero defect and proper installation standards

  .
• Perform

  dimensional and functional checks

  using industrial measuring equipment such as

  measuring tapes, gauges, and other quality instruments

  .
• Support the

  implementation and execution of quality procedures

  , including functional, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Ensure

  proper maintenance and calibration

  of all quality checking instruments and tools.

• Identify and suggest corrective actions

  or technical rectifications for non-conformity observed during inspection.
• Assist in the

  preparation and maintenance of QC-related documentation

  , reports, and records.
• Adhere to and promote

  departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

  for consistency and compliance.
• Participate in

  training sessions

  to stay updated with quality standards, inspection techniques, and process improvements.
• Maintain

  discipline, punctuality, and professional health & safety habits

  at the workplace.
• Ensure the

  work area is clean, organized, and maintained

  according to 5S standards.

• Regularly attend and report

  to assigned duties as per the company’s attendance policies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

  Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering

  or a related field.

• 0.6 to 2 years of experience

  in a manufacturing or quality control environment preferred.
