Our sizable inventory is housed in a generous warehouse which is located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. Our widespread network of branches across India not only enables us to provide solutions under one roof. We also proudly export our products to 35+ countries across the globe. Job Responsibilities: • Searching for new clients in a designated region • Sourcing the customer data from different segment. • Calling to potential customer and generate the lead. • Schedule a meeting with Sr. manager to solve to solve the technical query of the customer. • Travelling to visit potential clients • Maintain a relationship with customers. • Managing and interpreting customer requirements • Calculating client quotations • contract terms • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions • Offering after-sales support services • Administering client accounts • Analysing costs and sales • Preparing reports • Meeting regular sales targets • Recording and maintaining client contact data . Skills and Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues. • Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software.(Salesforce) • Good organizational and time management skills. • Patience and resilience to handle rejection or difficult customers. • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office software. • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
