Junior Engineer - Production

As a technician at our company, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various electronic and mechanical equipment as well as computers in the office. Your love for technology and gadgets, along with an interest in repairing them in a clean and positive work environment, will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform high-quality repairs and refurbishment of gadgets such as smartwatches, drone cameras, tablets, and computers. - Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment functionality and longevity. - Utilize diagnostic tools, manuals, and schematics to assist in the repair process. - Replace faulty components, parts, or modules as needed, ensuring compatibility and functionality. - Test repaired equipment to verify proper functionality and performance. - Document all repairs accurately and comprehensively, including parts used, labour hours, and testing results. - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. - Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to optimize repair processes and enhance efficiency. Qualifications: - A high school diploma or ITI, technical certification, or relevant vocational training is required. - Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems. - Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation. - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software for troubleshooting and repair. - Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. - Commitment to upholding quality standards and delivering exceptional service to clients.
