Junior Engineer - Production

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:
• Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, grinding).
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Ensure components meet technical specifications and tolerances.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor issues in machine operations.
• Documentation:
• Maintain production logs and quality records.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with supervisors, setters, and quality teams to meet production targets.
• Suggest improvements in process and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• HSC & SSLC ,ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience in CNC operations (Fresher with training may be considered).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
