Should be familiar with network documentation tools. Knowledge of systems and network security. Managing projects individually as a part of team relating to technical and general projects, collaborative problem solving with customer, vendor and related groups interaction. Work with customer to ensure client service success. Liaise with product development teams, working together to resolve customer issues. Work as part of a team with excellent communication skills.
