Junior Engineer

Supervise daily operations across:

o CNC Plasma Cutting, CNC Drilling, CNC Milling

o Hydraulic Press Brakes, Beam StraighteningMachines

o Fully Auto and Semi-Auto SAW Welding Machines

Ensure correct job setup, machine programloading, and sequence discipline for released jobs

Allocate and guide operators, SAW welders, andhelpers across machines based on job priority

Monitor machine performance, part accuracy, andadherence to drawings and process parameters

Shift Control, Tracking Reporting

Track shift progress and report to PPCCoordinator; highlight delays, constraints, or quality rework

Maintain shift-wise production logs, jobcompletion records, and tool usage reports

Report any deviation from the released plan ormismatch in kit/component availability

Maintenance SafetyCoordination

Identify and escalate machine faults, tool wear,or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance .

Support preventive maintenance by keepinglog-ready machine records and flagging early symptoms

Ensure all safety protocols, interlocks, and PPEusage are followed in the section

Quality, Documentation Compliance

Coordinate with the QC Coordinator forinspection of completed parts; ensure readiness and tagging

Maintain control over drawing versions, jobdocumentation, and avoid outdated inputs

Enforce shift-wise discipline in cleanliness,orderliness, and section-level 5S implementation

Qualifications Experience

Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, orFabrication Engineering

5+ years of experience in CNC machining and SAWwelding environments in fabrication or EPC setups

Working knowledge of CNC machine programs,welding parameters, machine setup, and tool control

Able to read fabrication drawings, weld symbols,and handle shift-level manpower and documentation

Prior experience in shift supervision withexposure to SAW beam welding and CNC workflow

Key Skills

Understanding of SAW welding (single/dual wire),tool selection, and parameter control

Shift tracking, manpower allocation, and issueescalation discipline

Drawing interpretation and machine-levelproduction planning
