Lead maintenance of CNC, Boring, Oxy & Plasma Cutting, Bending, Drilling, Union & Floor Boring, Forset Line, Shot Blasting (manual & auto), Compressors, and Welding machines. Preventive & breakdown maintenance planning.

Responsibilities: Operate and maintain CNC Metal Cutting Plasma/Laser machines Collaborate with the production team on project timelines Maintain machinery and report issues promptly

Plasma cutting machines to dismantle structural metal parts Safely cut chassis, body panels, frames, and metal components for segregation Ensure safe work practices during cutting operations, including use of PPE and fire safety.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, Quality, and Service during the product development process to ensure smooth collaboration and timely execution. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in SolidWorks for design and drafting (including sheet metal and weldment design). Expertise in AutoCAD (2D/3D) for drafting and drawing creation. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes , including fabrication and machining. Familiarity with plant nesting and plasma cutting operations. Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience working directly in a plant environment . Experience in working with product lifecycle management tools and techniques. Familiarity with ISO and industry-specific standards related to design and manufacturing.
