Job Description

Assist in the daily supervision of construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and materials. Maintain accurate records of material inventory. Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets. Conduct safety meetings and inspections. Provide technical support to site personnel. Assist in resolving technical issues and challenges. Interpret and understand construction drawings and specifications. Has hands-on experience and understanding of the construction techniques employed in bungalow and commercial developments. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in construction sites, with a focus on bungalow and commercial projects. A Diploma is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a total work experience of 3 years, with at least 2 years in civil engineering. The job type is full-time with a day shift schedule.
