Junior Electrical Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to handle electrical work measurements for our EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying measurement sheets based on site execution and approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study and understand electrical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Take measurements of executed work (cables, wires, conduits, panels, earthing, etc.) from drawings and/or site updates.
• Prepare detailed measurement sheets for all electrical work.
• Coordinate with site engineers to cross-check and verify quantities.
• Maintain accurate records of daily/weekly progress and materials used.
• Support billing team with correct quantity data for client billing and contractor billing.
• Ensure all measurements comply with project standards and specifications.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical components (cables, wires, panels, trays, earthing materials).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings (Single Line Diagrams, Layouts, Cable Routing Plans).
• Proficiency in MS Excel for preparing measurement sheets.
• Good coordination and communication skills with site team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity calculations.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in quantity measurement, estimation, or billing for electrical works (Freshers with good knowledge of drawings may also apply).
