Back Office Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Material Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end purchasing activities for electrical materials used in our EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, price comparison, order finalization, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand material requirements based on project drawings and site needs.
• Source suppliers/vendors for cables, wires, panels, conduits, and other electrical materials.
• Request and compare quotations, prepare price comparison sheets, and finalize orders.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Coordinate with transporters and track material movement until it reaches the site.
• Work closely with site supervisors to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain proper purchase records, supplier database, and material status reports.
• Monitor stock levels and plan re-orders to avoid project delays.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical materials and specifications.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for price comparisons and reporting.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple purchases simultaneously.
