Voltran is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to support the design, installation, and maintenance of our EV charging stations. This role requires frequent travel to project sites. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee installation and commissioning of EV charging infrastructure • Conduct site assessments and ensure electrical compliance • Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and remotely • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams • Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • 1 year of relevant experience (EV infrastructure preferred) • Willingness to travel extensively • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience • Familiarity with electrical codes, load calculations, and safety practices Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with EV charging systems (AC/DC, fast chargers) • Knowledge of grid integration and energy management systems • Licensed Electrical Engineer (or working toward certification)

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote EV charging station products and services. 2. Explain features, benefits, and pricing of home and commercial EV chargers in a clear and persuasive manner. 3. Generate leads by identifying customer interest and qualifying potential buyers. 4. Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, or email to nurture interest and close sales opportunities. 5. Handle inbound calls related to customer inquiries, installation support, service requests, or product information. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call logs, and lead status in the CRM system or Excel sheets. 7. Answer basic technical or service-related questions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 8. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and submit performance reports to team leaders or managers.
