Job Summary:

● We are seeking a candidate who is committed and able to work in rotational

shifts, with a strong command of the English language.

Key Responsibilities:

● Managing and executing email marketing campaigns

● Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics

● Ensuring the delivery of high-quality and engaging email content

● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize email operations

● Staying updated on industry best practices and implementing them into our

operations

Required Qualifications:

● Candidates opting for a role in operations must be graduates from any stream

Required Skills:

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

● Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment

● Experience in email marketing or related fields is preferred.

Rotational Shift Timing:

● Day 1: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm

● Day 2: 6:00 am to 12:00 pm AND 8:00 pm to 6:00 am

● Day 3: Day Off

● This rotational shift pattern will continue continuously

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
