As a Junior Customer Service Executive in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in converting customer interactions into positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Be the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media within the specified response times. - Resolve customer issues with clarity, accuracy, and empathy, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - Identify recurring problems and provide valuable insights to operations, logistics, and product teams for continuous improvement. - Maintain accurate records and track data diligently to ensure data reliability. - Collaborate closely with logistics, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless deliveries and proactive customer communication. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client servicing, preferably in D2C or e-commerce. - Proficiency in English communication. - Strong problem-solving skills with a patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach. - Highly organized with comfort in using Excel. - Ability to manage multiple conversations while upholding quality standards. - Must be based in Mumbai and available for full-time work at the office.
