Job Description

Role Overview:

Were a fast-growing startup looking for a Junior Corporate Sales Executive who can help us bring in new business, talk to clients confidently, and support the team in scaling our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with B2B clients to understand business goals and challenges.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements (user stories, workflows, BRD/FRD).
  • Convert client needs into clear specifications for design and engineering teams.
  • Support teams throughout the SDLC with requirement clarifications.
  • Participate in requirement workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
  • Ensure deliverables meet documented requirements and client expectations.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in a business development department at a software development service-based company.
  • Strong understanding of B2B processes and client communication.
  • Proficiency in requirement documentation and process flows.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to integration/API projects.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis/SQL.
