Job Title: Junior Copywriter – Social Media

 

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter – Social Media, to join our in-house creative team at our Noida office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for writing sharp, scroll-stopping, and platform-friendly copy for multiple brands across industries. You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, and account managers to bring ideas to life through captions, scripts, hooks, and campaign lines tailored for each brand’s voice.

Mandatory Requirements and Skills


1–2 years of experience

highly active on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms

at least 4 social media accounts/clients

AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.)

manufacturing, F&B, D2C, corporate



Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Creation

  • Write engaging and high-performing copy for

    social media posts, reels, ads, and campaigns

    .
  • Develop

    hooks, scripts, captions, punchlines, and short-form storytelling

    formats.
  • Collaborate with design and strategy teams to craft cohesive, high-impact content..
  • Ensure content aligns with platform trends, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.


Trend Research and Ideation

  • Stay updated with daily social media trends, formats, transitions, hashtags, and conversations.
  • Generate content ideas inspired by current trends while maintaining brand relevance.
  • Use AI tools effectively to brainstorm, rewrite, or enhance copy.



Editing and Quality Control

  • Review and refine all copy for clarity, tone, and impact.
  • Maintain consistency across accounts while adapting to each brand's voice.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content for multiple clients under quick deadlines.

  • Ability to craft

    that grabs attention within seconds.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and an understanding of what works on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Effective use of

    AI tools

    to speed up ideation and create optimized copy.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands and industries without losing momentum.


Knowledge Base

  • Deep familiarity with

    social media trends, meme culture, formats, and platform behavior

    .
  • Understanding of

    brand guidelines, marketing basics, and visual communication

    .
  • Prior experience working in

    creative agencies or social media-driven environments

    .
  • Comfort with tools like

    Notion, Google Workspace, Zoho

    , and prompt-based AI workflows.
