The ideal candidate will support infrastructure reliability and collaborate with IT teams to implement secure and efficient configurations. Role and Responsibilities Manage and maintain the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) console to handle software deployments, updates, and system configurations. Monitor and analyze the performance and health of cloud resources using Azure Monitor. Administer Windows Server environments, focusing on maintaining performance, ensuring system security, and maximizing availability. Support configuration and management of IT systems to align with organizational standards and requirements. Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance and configuration errors. Develop and update documentation for all configuration processes and operational procedures. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional IT teams to implement and support configuration changes effectively Skills And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Bring 4-6 years of experience in configuration management or a similar technical role. Must be Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent. Have experience with additional configuration management tools. Understand IT best practices and standards for enterprise environments. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of SCCM Console, Azure Monitor, and Windows Server environments. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
