Role and Responsibilities Manage and maintain the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) console to handle software deployments, updates, and system configurations. Monitor and analyze the performance and health of cloud resources using Azure Monitor. Administer Windows Server environments, focusing on maintaining performance, ensuring system security, and maximizing availability. Support configuration and management of IT systems to align with organizational standards and requirements. Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance and configuration errors. Develop and update documentation for all configuration processes and operational procedures. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional IT teams to implement and support configuration changes effectively Skills And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Bring 4-6 years of experience in configuration management or a similar technical role. Must be Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent.
