is looking for a

Junior Compliance Analyst

to join our team full-time in India.

About the role

As a Junior Compliance Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project of a global product engineering and digital services organization operating across healthcare, fintech, travel, sportswear, entertainment, and security domains, delivering high-impact solutions to Fortune 500 and fast-growing businesses.

Responsibilities

Perform background checks of candidates and third parties
Coordinate with Background Verification providers to initiate and follow up on required external checks and review BGV reports and resolve discrepancies while aligning decisions with the Head of Risk & Compliance and stakeholders when needed
Manage payment workflows to BGV vendors including requests, documentation, invoicing, and payments according to internal procedures
Support compliance activities and initiatives including preparation of presentations, materials, and reports

Requirements

Attention to detail
Ability to handle repetitive work
Passion for learning and quick learner mindset
High proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to create clear and articulate presentations in Google Slides for senior management
Result-oriented approach
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of the organization and working knowledge of effective interview techniques
Upper-intermediate English level

Desirable

Experience in third-party due diligence
Experience in ABC, AML, and sanctions compliance
