Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team.
• Ensure all client needs are met with prompt and professional service.

Project Management:

• Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, design, content) to ensure client projects run smoothly.
• Prepare and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Strategic Planning:

• Understand client objectives and help develop strategies to meet their goals.
• Provide clients with insights, data, and performance reports to help optimize results.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.

Problem Solving:

• Address any client concerns or issues, and proactively find solutions.
• Ensure quality control of all deliverables to maintain high standards.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Provide regular performance updates and reports to clients.
• Analyze metrics and KPIs to assess the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, client relations, or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
