Job Summary:
Hotel Sonar Bangla Group is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to assist in construction, renovation, and interior projects across our properties. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, organized, and able to support site execution, billing, and procurement processes. Familiarity with interior design will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day construction and interior work at project sites
• Support site engineers in supervising contractors and vendors
• Prepare and check billing, invoices, and material procurement records
• Monitor material usage and maintain stock/requisition records
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to drawings
• Maintain site documentation and daily progress reports
• Coordinate with project teams for smooth workflow and timely execution

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in construction or hotel/resort projects
• Experience with billing, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
• Familiarity with interior design is an added advantage
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across project sites in West Bengal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
