Job Description:
Hotel Sonar Bangla Resort is inviting applications for the role of Front Office Associate. The candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, Software Knowledge, handling check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Manage reservations, room allocations, and front desk operations.
• Answer guest queries and provide information about resort services and local attractions.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly.
• Maintain guest records and billing accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
• Ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate/Hotel Management diploma preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Hotel software).
• Pleasant personality, grooming standards, and a customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
