Job Description

About the Role:

Junior Campus Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of
campus recruitment plans
across targeted institutes in coordination with HR and business teams.
Manage
campus communication
(mailers, event coordination, invitations, etc.) and maintain strong relationships with placement officers.
Handle
application management
from resume collection, screening coordination, and test batching with assessment partners to candidate communication.
Support
pre-offer and post-offer processes
including offer creation, communication, and documentation.
Coordinate
pre-onboarding and onboarding
activities such as:

Document collection & verification
Pre-employment medicals
Background checks and joining formalities

Maintain and regularly update
campus hiring trackers and dashboards
for internal reporting and MIS requirements.
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal HR, recruitment partners, and business stakeholders for smooth execution of all activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in
campus recruitment or entry-level hiring
Good understanding of
campus hiring cycles, testing processes, and onboarding formalities
.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data tracking tools
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
