You will be joining an innovative IT solutions provider, specializing in cutting-edge technology services such as software development, AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and website development. As a Junior Business Development Executive (BDE), your primary focus will be to drive sales and establish a strong presence in the UK market. Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities in the UK market for our IT solutions and services. You will be responsible for driving the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to building relationships and closing deals. It will be crucial to cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring strong partnerships. Understanding clients" business challenges and effectively positioning our IT services to meet their needs will be essential. To excel in this role, you will need to research and stay up to date on the UK IT landscape, market trends, and competitors. Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share in the UK will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing sales deals effectively while maintaining profitability. Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technical teams, will be necessary to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of client expectations. Additionally, preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management will be part of your regular tasks. Participation in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and develop client relationships will also be expected. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM and efficiently following up with leads are critical for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, with a focus on IT services, preferably with a proven track record of generating sales from the UK market. A strong understanding of the IT services sector, including software development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and staff augmentation, is essential. Demonstrated expertise in international sales, particularly in the UK market, along with proficiency in lead generation, sales funnel management, and closing deals, will be highly valued. Your communication skills will play a vital role in this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers in the UK, are necessary. Building relationships and establishing rapport with clients in the UK market will be crucial. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position, and a master's degree is considered a plus. Soft skills such as self-motivation, target-driven mindset, strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent time management, organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team setting, as well as adaptability and resilience in a dynamic sales environment are highly desired. Having familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), knowledge of digital marketing strategies and how they relate to B2B sales, and experience working with offshore IT teams are considered nice-to-have skills for this role.,
