Junior Business Analyst / UAT execution

Role Overview: As a Junior Business Analyst in the Asset Servicing Transformation program, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data related to Corporate Action events. You will play a key role in reconciling and processing positions, reviewing communication related to Corporate Action or Proxy events, and ensuring accurate processing requirements. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the successful implementation of strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events - Revise communications, notifications, and facilitate postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events - Review all Corporate Action/Proxy events received, ensuring understanding and processing requirements - Liaise with units and departments impacting clients on Corporate Action Proxy items - Research and resolve discrepancies within department standards - Review and update processes and procedures accurately and timely - Identify gaps and suggest system enhancements - Participate in testing and successful implementations - Escalate issues to management, participate in cross-training activities, and perform all other assigned job duties Qualifications: - 0-2 years of relevant experience in banking or other financial industry - Project experience, ideally with JIRA/Bancs knowledge - Knowledge of investment instruments including Equity securities, Fixed Income, and Asset Backed securities - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access) - Familiarity with project management methodologies - Proven success as a team player Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience *Note: The job description did not include any additional details about the company.*,
