Junior Branding & Engagement Coordinator

(Entry-Level | Branding & People Experience Team) About the Role: We’re looking for someone who is friendly, full of ideas, and a natural communicator to join our Branding team as a Junior Branding & Engagement Coordinator. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a strong command of English, the ability to multitask, and a warm, social personality who enjoys working with people. You’ll assist the Senior Manager in running our internal employee engagement initiative, “Happiness@Safex”, helping with everything from planning and executing activities to capturing events and using creative tools and AI to bring ideas to life. You don’t need a fancy degree or years of experience, just a positive attitude, creativity, and a good eye for detail. A passion for working hard and a learner’s mindset is non-negotiable. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of internal engagement events and activities Write internal communication content (emails, posers, invites, announcements, etc.) Assist with content creation for the “Happiness@Safex” program Basics of design using tools like Photoshop, Canva and PowerPoint Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) for content support, copy ideas, and prompt generation Help build a fun, inclusive, and engaging work culture Be the “people person” who naturally connects and collaborates across teams What You Must Have: Excellent written and spoken English A friendly, confident, and people-oriented personality Basic design skills Comfort with using computers, Microsoft Office, internet tools, and AI platforms like ChatGPT Eagerness to learn, contribute ideas, and think creatively Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory): Any background in writing, content, events, HR, psychology, or design A personal blog, college fest experience, or a mini portfolio Interest in digital trends, memes, or online content is a bonus Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) Location: Safex Chemicals India Ltd 4th & 5th Floor, NDM-1, Block A, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi – 110034 Compensation: Entry-level, based on candidate profile and fit Note: Female candidates are preferred Show more Show less
