Shift : Rotational Shift . Will have to work on weekends and will get two days off on the weekdays.

We are seeking applicants for the Business Intelligence (BI) Support Analyst position to provide direct customer service to all Client customers seeking data and reports from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). Individuals in this role are expected to provide assistance to clients, investigate helpdesk cases, provide timely follow-up, and resolve reporting and querying inquiries.

This also includes proactive client support activities, such as data education training, client group sessions, report workshops, support for issues and matters surrounding business intelligence tool utilization, business intelligence functionality, data in the Data Warehouse (DW), and custom reports and queries.

The BI Support Analyst functions in a generalist manner to understand Business Intelligence tools (e.g. OAS, Informatica, Palantir) and functional data, but also capitalizes on each individual’s knowledge and expertise in the tools and functional data areas. The BI Support Analyst function may require occasional travel to Client offices based on support needs of clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and investigate customer support cases, conduct appropriate and timely follow-up with clients, vendors and work closely with team members to resolve the cases.
• Diagnose issues related to client reports and problem determination
• Work with appropriate team members to develop a training curriculum and materials to support client training on tools, data, concepts, and business solutions.
• Learn and familiarize self in all subject matter areas (i.e., Finance, Human Resources, Projects) to assist with client support issues.
• Determine and scope new training requirements when new data projects are implemented in the DW.
• Troubleshoot authorization and client access to BI resources, including security administration. Work closely with security teams to ensure proper client access to internal applications.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities appropriate for a BI Support Analyst.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 1.5 years of working experience in an Information Technology environment; or a helpdesk, customer support setting within an Information Technology or Data Warehousing environment.
