Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Assistant role located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, assisting with routine office operations, maintaining records and documents, handling communication, and providing support to various departments. The Junior Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and providing timely support to team members and customers as required.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage records and documentation effectively
Proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to assist with customer interactions
Basic administrative and multitasking skills, with proficiency in using computers and basic office software
Teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting departmental goals
Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not mandatory
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any relevant discipline
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic office environment
