Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing creative guidance to influencers, helping them improve their content, performance, and engagement on social media.
• Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on campaign progress.
• Track campaign performance metrics, making recommendations for optimizations as needed to meet client objectives.
• Identify and coordinate PR opportunities, including event appearances, brand collaborations, and media features for talent.
• Collaborate on content ideas, scripts for reels, and creative strategies to ensure talent remains relevant and engaging.
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brands objectives and influencers' strengths.

Requirements:

• Experience of 1 years in artist/influencer management
• Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
