Now, we’re looking for a different breed of Junior Art Director — someone with a razor-sharp eye for design, an instinct for brand storytelling, and the hunger to win pitches.

Role Overview

This isn’t your standard Junior Art Director role. You won’t just be working on routine client deliverables — you’ll be part of our strike team for high-stakes pitches, rapid-fire concepting, and experimental brand ideas. You’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Strategists to develop compelling pitch decks and campaign concepts that grab attention and win business.

What You’ll Do

• Create visually stunning concepts for brand pitches, from mood boards to mockups to final presentation designs
• Collaborate with the strategy and copy teams to bring big ideas to life in a visually engaging way
• Translate complex briefs into simple, powerful creative expressions
• Push creative boundaries and challenge “the usual”
• Work on tight timelines without compromising on creativity or craft
• Stay ahead of design trends, new tools, and cultural moments to keep our work fresh and relevant

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in a creative agency or design-driven environment
• Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + bonus points for Figma, After Effects, or motion graphics
• A strong portfolio that shows more than just “good design” — we want ideas that make people stop and think
• The ability to think conceptually and design strategically
• Comfortable working under pressure and delivering high-quality work at speed
• A love for branding, advertising, and pop culture
• Hunger to learn, experiment, and wow clients
