Junior Architect

Job Summary:

The Junior Architect will assist in the design development, preparation of drawings, and coordination for interior and architectural projects. The role involves supporting the design team in conceptualization, detailing, and ensuring design intent is accurately executed on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, and layout preparation.
• Prepare architectural and interior working drawings, presentation drawings, and 3D visuals.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site engineers to ensure design execution aligns with approved plans.
• Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure design compliance.
• Support in preparing BOQs, material selection, and specification documentation.
• Assist senior architects in creating mood boards, renderings, and project presentations.
• Ensure all design documents are organized and updated in project folders.
• Incorporate feedback from senior designers and clients into design revisions.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture.
• 0–3 years of experience in architecture or interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of design detailing and material knowledge.
• Good visualization and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and creativity in design approach.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects.
• Ability to create 3D visuals and walkthroughs.
• Knowledge of local building codes and design standards.
