Job Responsibilities:

·      Design and develop plotted layouts

conceptual, working, and presentation drawings

high-quality 3D renders

·      Coordinate with multiple consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) to ensure design consistency and technical accuracy.

site visits

UDCPR norms and local development regulations.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

2 years of relevant professional experience

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and Photoshop.

·      Strong understanding of UDCPR rules

communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
