Our focus is on delivering excellence in design, quality, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every project we undertake becomes a benchmark in real estate development. 📍 Office Address: Office No. 11/12, 4th Floor, Revolution Mall, Near City Pride, Kothrud, Pune 🌐 Website: www.synergyproperties.in Job Responsibilities: · Design and develop plotted layouts and bungalows in line with project vision and client requirements. · Prepare conceptual, working, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. · Create high-quality 3D renders (conceptual and photorealistic) for bungalows and site masterplans. · Coordinate with multiple consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) to ensure design consistency and technical accuracy. · Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, resolve coordination issues, as required. · Ensuring all designs comply with UDCPR norms and local development regulations. · Maintain clear documentation, communication, and timely updates to senior architects and management. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. · Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design, preferably residential or contour-based projects. · Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and Photoshop. · Strong understanding of UDCPR rules and local building codes for plotted and horizontal developments. · Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
